Interlibrary Loan

We stock our shelves with books and dvds that our patrons have requested or that we think our community would enjoy.  Due to lack of space and finances we are unfortunately unable to purchase everything available.

If you'd like a book or dvd that is not in our collection, please let us know, and we can ask to borrow it from another library in the state.  This service is called Interlibrary loan.  It is a service we provide and is generally free of charge.*

Patrons who's account is in good standing may request an item by calling the library or asking in person. 

Items may take up to two weeks to arrive and they can be checked out for about three weeks with a possiblity of renewal.

*Interlibrary loan is generally free unless we have to mail back an item. We then ask a flat fee of $2.00 per item to defray the costs. This will be discussed with you before the order is placed.
